EaseVPS are a registered business in the United Kingdom under “ezybyte limited”. Their domain has been registered for close to 2 years now and they have appeared on LowEndBox numerous times since 2011. IPv6 is not available at this moment, in any location and the port speed can be raised to 1Gbit upon request. Reviews on their last post were extremely mixed. At the time EaseVPS had been plagued by DDoS attacks in the UK. It would be great if current customers could let us know about their experience in the comments.

EaseVPS accept payments via 2CheckOut, Liberty Reserve and Bank Transfer / BACS (International Transfers supported). If you are not satisified, as per European law you are entitled to 7 days money back guarantee. Everything that is legal in the UK/US is allowed, TOR is allowed, excluding exit nodes. For more information, take a look at their Terms of Service and Acceptable Usage Policy.

By VDS do you mean KVM? No OpenVZ? I would be all over a 128MB UK OpenVZ.

Also, when I click on the $7 / month order link, it shows:
Small VPS Burst RAM: 2048MB RAM: 1024MB Diskspace: 60GB Bandwidth: 1000GB
Which is not what is offered here on LEB

That would be because the links have a foward slash.

And the keyword at the top is philadelphia, which is wrong.

When you order with any of the coupons above, we will adjust your resources when the order is provisioned.

Again a day along (it is now three day’s since I ordered my vps). You responded on this website (with false promises), but not to my communication in my user account.
Are you trying to keep appearances? Strange priorities!!!!
Be aware readers: or they are into deep trouble or very client unfriendly…
At least so I know you are still alive… Otherwise I have no way of knowing.

I’m not sure if you’re the same person who we refunded the other day, that was threatening abuse towards staff, all orders from new accounts are held for review, that’s the way it is and that’s the way it is staying. We haven’t had a chargeback in one year so I assume we are doing something right.

The 8TB RAM would be a bug, but if you drop a ticket, I’ll get that sorted.

All bandwidth has been upgraded, if not drop a ticket.

Where some of the issues either resolved or fixed based on the reviewers results? I assume any sort of SQL based website will suffer from low I/O. Care to explain? I am highly considering the service btw.

Oh I see you also must have moved the scranton datacenter to jacksonville? Or did they move scranton, PA to Jacksonville, FL as a suburb? ;)

          Jasin,
Hehe, we moved from JV to Scranton, PA.

We have a seven day money bak guarentee, so if any problems occur during the initial 7 days we can work with you, or obviously you can take a refund and move on and that decission is at your discretion.

If you need anything else just let me know and don’t hesitate to ask. :-)

Aung, I’m getting around to your order shortly. It’s because for some reason your invoice was not marked as paid in the system.

Only myself deals with sales/billing/accounts, so that’s why there has been a delay.

The guy who runs EaseVPS is an idiot who never learns that communication is key when it comes to customer service. His entire site and support desk becomes inoperational, and he doesn’t tweet or post a news item on the problem. His payment framework goes down completely and he doesn’t communicate about it promptly. When he does do something about it, he again doesn’t inform his users who are greeted with invoices and notices from a company named RSK Hosting rather than EaseVPS, with some random dude’s name appended to said notices. When his site comes back up, he doesn’t respond to support tickets either.

Stay away from this nonsense. I was using my box for non-critical work and I’ll be looking elsewhere now.
