LowEndBox - Cheap VPS, Hosting and Dedicated Server Deals

Evolution Host - Unique offer for LEB! Free Enterprise grade VPS - For those who qualify

Evolution Host has reached out to provide a unique opportunity. They are offering a free enterprise grade VPS to those in the LowEndBox community that have a relatively popular website. While there is no specific criteria to match, a good start would be the site having a ranking of at least 20 on this scanner: https://moz.com/free-seo-tools
They would encourage those that do not reach a rank of 20 on this scan to apply anyway as this will not be the only factor considered in the application.
The relevancy of the applicant’s site will also be taken into consideration. No pornographic content or war mongering content of any kind will be accepted.

Their VPS hosting plans are available in a total of 9 locations, including the newly introduced: Warsaw, Virginia and Oregon.

Their WHOIS is public and you can find their ToS/Legal Docs here. They accept PayPal, credit/debit cards and a wide range of cryptocurrencies as payment methods.

What makes Evolution Host stand out from the crowd? In their own words:

“Evolution Host has been in existence since 2012 and trading in hosting solutions since 2013 (Formerly evolutionhost.co.uk). We like to stay relevant by introducing new technology, locations and or services to our brand every 6 months or so.
We offer 100% dedicated KVM resources, with stable CPU time availability and high clock speeds. Read: no throttling or tokenisation. Our VPS are particularly suited to game server hosting, with high CPU core clocks of up to 5.0Ghz – resulting in high single core performance. The high clock speeds are also beneficial for more traditional workloads.

Providing rock solid protection from DDoS attacks has been a long standing goal for Evolution Host. We pride ourselves in outpacing the competition in this area and can confidently say that we offer the best DDoS protection currently available in the industry. Our product range combines “OVH Anti-DDoS GAME” DDoS protection with additional heuristic and machine learning filtration systems which have been developed in house to provide broader layer 7 protection. We regularly protect clients who have previously “tried everything” with great success.”

Hi! I couldn’t find any legal information about the company, who runs it and where is it based?

    • I was about to fall for their free services. But with no information of real owner I should advise people to be very careful.

They also don’t seem to be on Linkedin and a search for “Mike Brown” and the company name has no results.
Also, 29 days later, nobody posted they got their server and it’s great?

I had a very pleasant contact with the owner or representative and they gave me a fast machine. With crying eyes, I had to give it back because I need GDPR compliance.
It’s definitely not a scam. They gave me their offer “business.”

PS: Hey Mike, let’s stay in touch!
