Hi Mike, is there any DDoS protection in LA and Chicago?

    February 7, 2017 @ 12:16 pm | Reply
    • Hello,

      Thanks for your comment!

DDoS protection in LA and Chicago is 20Gbps/60Mpps. A number of measures are in place to protect specific applications such as TeamSpeak against a variety of layer 7 attacks, as is the case with all available locations.

    • Hey Zank,

Could you provide more information on this? When a client reports an attack effecting their server, we begin manually analyzing the traffic to implement a solution. The majority of providers have static DDoS Protection that prevents certain attacks and is useless when faced with an attack the protection doesn’t cover. As we’re sure you’re aware, DDoS attacks have much variance and it is often times not about the strength of the attack and instead about the vulnerability in the software which the attack targets. It is therefore essential to analyze new attack forms and implement new mitigation techniques.

To date, we have a 100% success rate in resolving every DDoS attack that is reported to us. If you could contact our support team, they will begin this process and implement a solution for your server.

      Thank you.

    • Hey Ben,

Unfortunately our LA stock has been diminished as of late. Chicago and Dallas locations are still available however.

  10. Hello Arhi,

We are actually receiving the same problem communicating with you. We have never had this problem before with any other client.

If you could provide an alternate E-mail address, we would be happy to get your server deployed and allocate a free week of hosting. Please PM us an alternate E-mail address.
