How low? cPanel shared hosting for only $7.97/YEAR! Wow, that’s really nice. This comes with 1GB of space, 1 domain, and unlimited bandwidth.
Of course, if you have more domains, they have bigger plans on their site. And if you have special needs – other features, different services, etc. – they would like you to contact them and give them a chance to craft a special plan for you.
They take PayPal, credit/debit cards, Bitcoin, PayU, and CCAvenue. Be sure to look over their TOS and AUP (nothing surprising that I saw).

Don’t try buying from them, I subscribed to a VPS, got my cc instantly charged but never received any keys, support of course never replied and my user account was never created so I can’t even login to a dashboard.
