FrapHost have been featured on LowEndBox once before. FrapHost have been active in the LowEndTalk community since November, 2012. Basic management is also included for LEB readers, but what that entails wasn’t quite clear. They’re using SuperMicro servers with the Intel Quad Core Xeon E3-1240v2 CPU and 4 SATA3 Drives in RAID-10. Unfortunately no reviews were left on their last post. If you’re a customer, please do share your experience.

FrapHost accept payments via Paypal and Credit/Debit card. A 99% uptime guarantee is provided. Additional IPv4 address are charged at $3.95 per month. IPv6 is not available. Centos, Debian, Fedora and Ubuntu are all available. These servers are TUN/TAP and PPP Enabled. Spam/Bulk Mail, Warez, TOR and CPU intensive scripts are not allowed.       • I was talking about 400GB bandwidth. Most hosts here offer 2TB at least for a plan which costs more than $6 per month.

    Terrible customer service.
    Phone # seems fake based upon trying to call it and person answering phone wouldnt say anything.
    Customer support TERRIBLE.
    Responses are worthless and response timing is pathetic.
    They indicate support is ‘ONLINE’ but its a bunch of BS.
    My advise, STAY AWAY. I’m sorry I bothered to try them.

  • Do not use LowEndBox for support issues. Go to your hosting provider and issue a ticket there. Coming here saying "my VPS is down, what do I do?!" will only have your comments removed.
