There is no free domain. I was charged, and they won’t answer my support request for answer. I’m a customer with them and have purchased and transferred many domain to them.
He wankz is this scam? Would free domain but mum credit card
You should have searched for the free coupons instead if going directly
Probably nothing is free. like a scam service?
Just want to add a datapoint here:
For those having an issue getting the free domain offer, just contact support and they will sort it out. In my case, support was quick to get back to me and everything went smoothly, and I got the advertised offer.
The support rep was courteous, friendly, and he actually read my email and responded in kind, very different from the usual template responses one gets from too many other orgs.
BAD luck for you then. I used to accounts to get to free separate domains.

The customer service is excellent broo I don’t want to. I had an issue like. I didn’t use there hosting service so I used a third party hosting provider because I had credit in my account for that service provider,
I bought a domain tool five days and still didnt propogate, reached out to then in like 6 hours time they responded, yeah 6 hours was just because we are in different timezones, I am in AFRICA, CAT, so the time I contacted them it was too late and early in the morning.
Turns out the domain propogated the same say but the issue was that my hosting provider, server didn’t support something called
DNSSEC, so they suggested I remove any DNSSEC ENTRIES, then it worked in 10-20mins time.
I did this 2/3 weeks ago[27 September]
Today(14/10) was trying to do it again for a friend, but there are no longer giving out free domains.
