I tried to email them and ask about addons for a VPS, and each of the 4 email addresses from their website and I received a bounceback for each email. Not good for a company to have invalid emails listed on their website. I wanted to sign up with them, low prices, and new startup wanting to help support a new startup and I can’t simply email them. Hope it gets fixed.

When I check again I can confirm that all of our email addresses are working. In the past 6 hours, we have done a few things about the mail server. Maybe you had a temporary problem with this.
sales@neqtor.com, partner@neqtor.com, support@neqtor.com, and abuse@neqtor.com all the email addresses listed on the Contact Us Page. I did get a 550 error, user not found message. I just re-sent the email to sales@neqtor.com
