Here’s a little about Full Time Hosting in their own words:
“Full Time Hosting (FTH) was founded in 2016. Our main goal is to provide cheap Anti-DDoS GAME servers with 99.9% uptime and we focus on providing the best customer service. Our company is customer-focused and every decision is made keeping our beloved customers in mind. We started off our company as a hobby and we don’t focus on earning “profit” and we like to work at the break-even. Since this was started as a hobby, we re-invest the “surplus” amount to provide the best products and services to our customers.”

The Panel looks like BILLManager 5, why they claimed it’s a custom panel?
Hello Gignac,
Thanks for replying to our offer post. I would like to inform you that our panel was designed from scratch by our designer. It has been coded using Angular and Material UI. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Offer 1 costs 2€ per month for 1 vCore.
Valued Customer,
This has been fixed now. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.
Thanks
Still no fix. Its 1,65€ instead of 1.5.
Valued Customer,
It will show €1,65 instead of €1.5 till the very end. However, after you place the order and look at the invoice, you will see that the recurring amount is €1.48
Be advised that you won’t be charged by just clicking on place order. After you place an order, an invoice will be generated and you can clearly see how much you are being charged and then you may decide if you want to pay or not.
Regards
This company seems to be a joke – signed up days ago but nothing happened. They don’t seem to be interested in new customers I guess?
Please share your customer ID here or send an email to support@fulltimehosting.net and don’t forget to mention LEB. Thanks!
Hello, could you please give some examples of IP addresses from which linux VPS / Cloud servers are issued, I want to check for pings from Ukraine and choose the one with the lowest latency.
103.153.157.0
Please avoid this service if u want save time, costs and nerves.
Server is down since 10 ours . No response from Support and this happens the third time this year.
Never been on such a bad provider like this before.
Hello,
I’d like to extend my sincere apologies for the recent network downtime you experienced with our services. We understand the frustration and inconvenience this may have caused, and I want to assure you that we take this matter very seriously.
The root cause of the prolonged network disruption was an unexpected issue with our upstream provider, which resulted in our subnet being incorrectly routed to another datacenter. This incident was beyond our control, and we worked closely with our provider to resolve the matter promptly.
I want to assure you that our team has taken steps to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. We understand the critical nature of reliable network services, and we are committed to maintaining the highest standards to ensure the stability and performance of our systems.
As a gesture of goodwill and to express our regret for any inconvenience caused, we have credited your account as a token of our apology. This credit can be applied towards your next billing cycle or any other services you may choose.
We value your business and the trust you place in our services. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team if you have any further questions or concerns. We are dedicated to providing you with the best possible service, and we appreciate your understanding and patience during this challenging time.
Thank you for being a valued customer, and we look forward to continuing to serve you with the reliability and excellence you expect from our services.
Best Regards,
Ammar
Hi, this is the third or fourth time this year and now having the longest downtime ever had. Same error but different reasoning on your part.
This has cost me many hours since this morning transferring everything elsewhere my applications/data to other providers that I have used without downtime for the last few years.
Therefore your excuses are just empty promises because nothing has been learned from old mistakes.
In addition, you advertised when ordering and still advertise that the servers are hosted in Falkenstein. But that is wrong. My server was moved somewhere else without Falkenstein’s consent and your website still lists Falkenstein as the data center. So you are deliberately misleading people.
Everyone should know this and that’s why I’m making it public here.
Dear Vince,
I am sorry to hear that you have experienced downtime with our service. We understand how frustrating it can be when your applications and data are not accessible.
We would like to explain that not everything is in our control as some things are beyond our control. We can only try to minimize the downtime if it’s in our control and on other occasions all we can do is to be very transparent. The most recent example of Cloudflare. Their services were unusable for a much longer period which were not in their control and they were very transparent about it just like us.
We appreciate your loyalty and we don’t want to lose you as a customer. That’s why we gave out free account credits without even customers asking us as a gesture of goodwill even though the downtime was beyond our control. We did what we could!
Regarding the data center location, we would like to clarify that we indeed colocate in Falkenstein but our Anti-DDoS is in Frankfurt therefore all traffic gets routed through Frankfurt. This is for your protection and security. We are not deliberately misleading anyone and we apologize if this was not clear on our website.
We hope you will give us another chance to serve you better. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Ammar
