Bought a reseller hosting offer last month from their previous post on this board. Had to contact support a couple times for some questions and for a migration. They were nothing short of willing to help, every time I’ve had to interact with them. If you’re looking for a hosting provider that is fair (and more than fair imho) with their prices, but still has very decent support and fast servers, then I would recommend you check these guys out.

    Can you provide information about:

I/O Usage, IOPS Limit, Entry Processes Limit?

    WHM-Reseller-500GB

    August 17, 2018 @ 4:54 pm | Reply
    • Here are the defaults:

      I/O: 20MB/s I/O per cPanel account
      RAM: 1GB per cPanel account
      IOPS: 1024 per cPanel account
Entry Processes: 100 per cPanel account

Happy to raise this on a per-account basis if reasonably needed as well (at no charge), just raise a ticket to the attention of me (Elliot) and I’ll oversee it :)

      Cheers,
      Elliot

The 12 GB VPS offer is damn enticing! Lots of resources for the $$$. I ordered one and performance is pretty darn zippy.

    Thanks for the share :)

    Benching I/O ... OK
Benching CPU. Bzipping 25MB file ... OK
Benching inbound network. Downloading 100MB file ... OK

I ordered a 150GB reseller last month. Migrated all my sites from Crocweb to the account since. Works better/faster at a fraction of the cost.

Migrated my primary WordPress sites to their VPS package. In case anyone was wondering, I ordered the middle package. I think that’s more than enough resources for me, and probably for most. The server was instantly activated and the performance is pristine.

I bought the 4Gb VPS yesterday and had a great experience setting it up with Virtualmin and I even managed to get a LetsEncrypt cert after some searching around.

Server is working great and better than others I have tried over past few years. Ended up switching from Unbutu to Centos-6 as I had issues (newbie??) with Unbutu.
Thanks Elliot for the great offer and the great working VPS.
The only thing that would have been better is if somehow a VPS with Virtualmin image/script had been available.

    Hi, (sorry for long question)

does the vps server packages have whm and cpanel included or will I have to source that separately?

Basically I’m Trying to work out if I want the middle reseller package or the 1st vps one, as my WordPress site and gaming site is current on woothosting (let’s say no more about these idiots and bad service, heard they got banned from this site too) and I’m trying to find a cheap service that I can afford while I’m out of work so I can finally get a reliable site to make reviews on my WordPress site but also the gaming site. I used to have a vps with cpanel for about £35 year (about $45 I think) and it ran the two sites fine. Since some issues after few years I’ve moved to shared then reselling packages over several companies but all fail to meet the promises (pointing publicly at you woothosting)

Anyway this one seems one of the better ones to try that’s still in my price range and some good comments.

If the vps does have cpanel Would the reseller account be enough or better with vps due to the resources WordPress uses and the games site uses?

  24. Smith:

Hi, do the vps packages include cpanel?

just trying to compare if the reseller account is enough or go for a vps like i used to have few years back but that included cpanel, and most dont include it these days.
