    • Depends on how much you need, please feel free to contact our sales department with what you’re looking for and we’ll be sure to provide a quote that is similarly priced/competitive.

      Hi,

Last question, could you tell us the cost on getting more IPv4?

Did you ever get a response to the question about how much it would cost for extra storage? I opened a support ticket on their site the day before yesterday to ask this question & got an initial reply within minutes from someone who said he could only answer technical questions but that he would escalate my question to the right department & I still haven’t heard back…

      • Burrito:

Nah, no response. See, I would be ok if I did all the management of my server because most of the time it’s just self-managed. However, when I submit a ticket asking for storage or additional IPv4s and ask for a quote at the very least I expect no less than 48 hours for a response. I’m willing to pay but it seems they aren’t willing to offer.

So I did get a reply back from them (in a little less than 48hrs from my original request). They apologized & said the Sales team has been busy since this promotion was announced…

Based on my needs (a lightly used server with next to no CPU demand but larger storage requirements) they offered me a small bump in storage space to start & said additional space would cost $0.15/GB/month

Finally some KVM deals! I ordered a 4GB and took advantage of the double resources promo. First impressions are good – server is highly responsive and damn quick (its SSD after all)

    Thanks Elliot

Does anyone have any more information on this company? I want to run a Plex server on their server but use GDrive to host the files. I want to know if they oversell their resources or if their CPU is good enough for 2-3 Plex transcode at a time.

Ok, ordered KVM2018-SSD-8GB about an hour ago, still IP not accessible, staff seems to does not understand what IP is inaccessible means.

Tried to ping from several PC, my other VPS, as well as https://ping.eu/ping/

and still ask me to access the VPS using their VNS console. wth… if the IP is not accessible from outside network what good does it makes?

    starting to regret my order

Offers look great, however no one is available to look at my support ticket. It’s been two weeks… Kind of worried to pay for an offer if this is the sort of customer support offered.
