Hi , Can you include one /64 IPv6 subnet ?
my project’s server-apps need to setup IPv6-adrs PTR/RDNS for our each user.
Does your VPS management/control panel have API support for VPS-customer’s server-apps/scripts ? so that VPS-customer’s server-apps itself can setup IPv6-adrs PTR/RDNS instantly.
If your panel does not have API-support for VPS-customer’s server-apps to setup IPv6-adrs PTR/RDNS, only then, we need NS-pointer from you(VPS-Provider), So if your panel does not have API-support then can you setup (provided /64 IPv6-subnet’s rev-zone’s) NS-pointer toward the NameServer that will run inside your provided VPS ?
if you can, then VPS-customer’s NameServer’s configurations can be updated by VPS-customer’s server-apps, to setup IPv6-adrs PTR/RDNS by itself & instantly.
No IPv6 is offered…
Some latest downtime, who can consider this?
And the main problem is they are not doing anything.

From which location is this?… They offer 4~
I have ordered a VPS in Los Angeles but got one in Buffalo, NY… So I have opened a ticket~ hopefully they will be fast to resolve that!!
The Worst of the worst Hosts I have encountered. Spammy IP, Servers Down consistently until you submit a ticket. The best part is… I have never encountered such amusing and incompetent support ever in the universe. They own a myriad of hosts listed here… solvedbydata, vpsfortune.. etc. I have lost count and they will never refund you unless you file a paypal dispute and fight for it.
So I have had a cheap 2core 1GB for a year, paid around 15 in total, it idles most of the time and only use it occasionally to transfer files, the thing is it hangs up in the middle of transmissions occasionally and I have to go to the web panel and restart it! tried new os fresh install but didn’t help and I doubt rsync is the problem, so don’t expect any robustness
Have to agree with the others, these guys are spiralling downwards. Every day there are more problems with my VPSs (I have over 20 with them). ?Their customer service is getting worse too. It’s always been bad but now they don’t even bother to fix anything properly and every problem takes several tickets to be resolved.
The latest is some scammy trick where you get logged out every time you click a link. It makes opening a ticket almost impossible anymore. I’ve tried using multiple browsers and even using browsers run on their own VPSs. Same result. I’ve complained about it several times (which took me literally dozens of attempts at creating tickets) but they just ignored it, no answer.
Use them at your own risk!
I’m expecting them to become an Alpharacks #2 any day now!
Thank you for you review. Considered one but I think I’ll check for another provider.
Scammers. Tech support is completely incompetent and just waste your time for a month. Eventually after they waste your time long enough you realize they can’t or help you after they simply could’ve just said “no we can’t do that” you’ll ask for a refund and they’ll tell you no.
They pretend like they’re a real company when it’s obvious it’s 1 to a few guys pretending to use anglo names. They also own ServerStrong which is on here sometimes – how do I know this? Well I asked separate questions to both of them and received the exact same worded paragraph – one being completely irrelevant of an answer to the question. They then decided to just ghost me.
