Via this WHT offer. HostChunk is an Australia-based business that I can’t seem to be able to find business registration on the National Name Index. It does offer VPS from $6.95/momth though. The GobStopper package comes with
- 512MB guaranteed/1024MB burstable memory
- 20GB storage
- 1000GB/month data transfer
- OpenVZ/vePortal
Test IP address points to HostNOC/BurstNet, who have servers in Scranton PA. Yup. Another BurstNet reseller at $1/month dearer than the same plan from BurstNet. Domain registered December 2009. It does have a rather expensive “Abnormal Support Incident” at $70/hour. Maybe that’s all the VPS resellers survive?

Extra Bandwidth – 2000GB
$125.00
——-
Extra Bandwidth – 200GB
$30.00
And cPanel an extra $2 lol.
cPanel is $13.95/mo and the price they’re charging for bandwidth is the same as Burst’s if I remember correctly. :)
CPanel/WHM – Unlimited Domains – (CentOS/Fedora) +$12.95 USD
Extra Bandwidth – 2000GB $100.00
So no it isnt the same..
YABNR!
Burst’s bandwidth meter is messed up anyway, so they don’t bill for extra bw.
@dmmcintyre3
Yes they do, They monitor VZ bandwidth ‘3rd party’ since vePortal doesn’t know how to fix it. Or are just to lazy.
512MB guaranteed/1024MB burstable memory
admin, BURSTnet does not provide BURSTable memory, only guaranteed
@ Andrew
Where did you find this information, I have asked them and they say they are waiting for veportal update.
