    Hi , (1) Can you include one /64 IPv6 subnet/range ?

my project’s server-apps need to setup IPv6-adrs PTR/RDNS for our each user, by itself & instantly.

    (2) Does your VPS management/control PANEL have API SUPPORT for VPS-customer’s server-apps/scripts ? so that VPS-customer’s server-apps itself can setup IPv6-adrs PTR/RDNS instantly.

If your panel does not have API-support for VPS-customer’s server-apps to setup IPv6-adrs PTR/RDNS, only then, we need NS-pointer from you(VPS-Provider),

    (3) So if your panel does not have API-support then can you setup (provided /64 IPv6-subnet’s rev-zone’s) NS-pointer toward the NameServer that will run inside your provided VPS ?

if you can, then VPS-customer’s NameServer’s configurations can be updated by VPS-customer’s server-apps itself, to setup IPv6-adrs PTR/RDNS instantly.

Your provided VPS (VIRTUAL-server) remains with you inside your own DataCenters/Servers , a client/customer only has remote access into the VPS , a client/customer cannot take-away or move into another VPS-provider with your provided services, resources, etc, so no real TRANSFER occurred, no real DELEGATION occurred , you are merely adding few more SERVICES/RESOURCES into your own provided VPS, for the sake of SERVICE a VIRTUAL service-instance , for a remote user, all service+resource remains with you inside your own DataCenters/Servers.

When a NameServer-1 points a forward-lookup domain or when points a reverse-lookup IPv4/IPv6 PTR/RDNS range toward another NameServer-2, then NameServer-1 serves much much less DNS traffic/packets related to NameServer-2, & less DNS traffic/packets means that NameServer-1 consumes/uses less data, so NameServer-1 pays less for total data used . Client’s/Customer’s NameServer-2 serves it’s own + all DNS traffic.

Hey, for your requirements you may need to buy a dedicated server and set it up yourself. Stop spamming all posts with this shit.

Hey ArinDale , your both sentence are wrong . your 1st sentence is a wrong assessment, even OVZ vps provider do these services . Perhaps YOU don’t know that there are other VPS provider who are providing IPv6 /64 NET with much smaller RAM (512MB / 1GB) based VPS where its working fine : AlphaVPS , anyNode , BuyVM , First-Root , HostDoc , Hostodo , HostSailor , SwedenDedicated , TNAHosting.

And, your 2nd sentence is also wrong . YOU are ASSISTING in FRAUD/CHEAT/etc, by telling me that i’m spamming while i’m trying to help myself & others to find out more info instead of falling into trap or waste money.

Please stop assisting VPS-Providers who may cheat & defraud or deprive users , with low-quality or less-resource based VPS, or trap users to collect money without providing shown/displayed services or charge unfairly for unshown services.

Why shouldn’t i ask if this provider can provide an extra service or not ?! or what fees are associated ?

Do you want me to fall into VPS-Provider’s trap ? by buying the service without knowing more about the service ?!

Do you want my project/business to stop grow ?! if i ignore (that is, if i don’t know) which services this VPS-Provider won’t do in future or unable to provide now , then how can i use it when i would need it if my business/project need to grow ? you want me to waste my money by giving it to the VPS provider without any questions ?!

Did you read this “Please let us know if you have any questions/comments and enjoy!”

What exact type of SSD are used ? info ?

Do you even know if this VPS provider is really giving real CPU Cores or virtual cores ?

        ( “Intel” microprocessor uses 2-threads aka(also-known-as) 2-intel-threads or 2-vCPUs or 2-vCores for per 1 hardware Core . And 1 hardware/physical CPU/microProcessor has multiple (internal) hardware Cores . And usually 1 server-motherboard has 2 or more hardware/physical CPU/microProcessor . “v” is “virtual” . So if one intel-microProcessor has 6 (hardware)-cores, then it has 12-threads (or 12-intel-threads) or 12-vCPUs or 12-vCores ).

so instead of telling me that i’m spamming , may be YOU SHOULD ASK QUESTION TO THE PROVIDER if this VPS-provider is giving you/users a real Core or virtual-Core ? why the word “Core” or “CPU” is not shown as “vCPU” or “vCore” ?

provider also not showing : what exact PERCENT of each intel-thread’s computing-power is assigned/included with these VPS deals.
shouldn’t we assume that 100% computing-powers of “2 CPU Cores” are assigned+included with the “3GB SSD Cached VPS” ?
but i do not think thats the case.
so we have to ASK & try to FIND-OUT, and stay alert+careful, and help others + yourself.

I have had a vps with these guys for less than 24 hours. I have since experienced 6 instances of the server going offline. Can’t console it, only option is to open a ticket. They reboot the cost and tell me ‘kindly verify your problem is solved.’ this language is suspiciously familiar to another garbage vps host I have experience with. I am certain that if I paid it more attention, I could have had it crash 20 times, but I was busy interacting with actual functioning things for much of the day.

I asked for a refund because I cannot use the server for anything, but they refuse because my problem is solved, kindly verify.

Do not give them money, they will take it and not provide you anything of value if return.

    Some say they’re pretty good.
    Can’t say for sure.
Anyone know why it’s so cheap?
    Maybe it’s good, who knows.

I can’t speak to the issues others have had, although I do have a fairly basic server setup. When I started my services with them I had 2 occurences of my server going down. They were able to solve it pretty quickly and I have not had the same issue since. I’ve got a super cheap plan so I guess I just expect less because I pay less, but even still it has been solid. Overall I would recommend going with them if their setup works for you.

    Unreliable …

My experience is similar to some above. I bought this 2 weeks ago with a 2 year term (3Gb Ram, 50Gb ssd and 1Tb bandwidth) and now wish I hadn’t – it’s been down twice already with no load on the server. All I have installed on this is a bind server (not running as recursive resolver in case you are wondering but as a slave nameserver only for my domain) and a simple example web page (no traffic yet – just an initial splash page).

The first time it was down for almost a day and I had to open 2 tickets to get it up again. And once again it’s down this morning – the vps is non-responsive and the control panel will not even allow me to reboot it … let alone access it. This is similar to the first time it went down (a week ago)

I don’t know how long it’ll be down this time – it went down sometime last night it appears. Additionally I’m unable to open a ticket this time since the support page refuses to load up. So I just have to wait and see if/when it comes up.

I’ve decided to not rely on this anymore – it’s probably ok to run my dns server in slave mode as a backup but that’s about it. That is non-critical … but I don’t need 3Gb Ram and 50 gb ssd for that! I’ll just chalk it up as a “you get what you pay for” experience.

Stay away if you need reliability and/or something that is available when you need it.
