HostNamaste customer service has been excellent for me. Whenever I’ve filed a ticket, they’ve responded quickly with correct information or immediate escalation to someone who can fix a problem.
I can’t comment on their VDS services, but the customer service alone is enough to keep them in my short list if I ever need something beefier for a project.
