website doesnt load for me anybody else having issues loading site?
Yes, it doesn’t load here too. I have one VPS with them, the VPS seems working fine but their main site is down a lof of time and the support seems doesn’t exist.
Their SolusVM site is loading fine (https://vpscp.infinitie.net/)
I had an account with Infinitie several years ago. I agree with BudgetVPS, their support was essentially never around.
Actually, They are improving. I bought one on Black Friday sale. Their customer service is always very friendly though they need to process tons of tickets. Most of tickets are replied in half an hour. Just one replied at round 12 hours, but it’s for sales department.
It’s infinitie, not infinite.
OMG, I didn’t realize that, http://www.infinitie.net/ is loading fine :D
@LEA,
Please fix the Infinite typos, it’s Infinitie, url’s are wrong, etc :-P
Do Infinitie allow irc. i dont see any TOS regarding this deamon.
last month i tried for their $1 promo. its good, but i decided not to renew it.
and this email came,

Unfortunately, during the suspension you won’t be able to use Infinitie in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account.
Any outstanding fees are due immediately, and any amounts that you haven’t previously disputed will be charged to the billing method currently on file.
not that i want to use their service again. still, isn’t it common just to try for 1 month and not renew it?
or there’s a need to inform hosting if i want to stop?
Pretty funny: they stole the “serious concerns” thing as well as the rest of the message from eBay:
https://www.google.com/search?hl=en&source=hp&biw=1920&bih=808&q=We%E2%80%99re+sorry+to+tell+you+that+your+account+was+suspended+because+recent+account+activity+has+raised+serious+security+concerns.&gbv=2&oq=We%E2%80%99re+sorry+to+tell+you+that+your+account+was+suspended+because+recent+account+activity+has+raised+serious+security+concerns.&aq=f&aqi=&aql=&gs_sm=e&gs_upl=490l3754l0l3969l2l2l0l0l0l0l0l0ll0l0
It’s common to try for a month and not renew, but unless you cancel the service, it’s assumed that you want to continue it, like pretty much every other contract for a service.
