These people are absolutely hopeless. Support is non-existent. I spent a year with a VPS from them and I am so glad I left. stay well away!
Agree. Next to SolvedByData, these guys are a close #2 for the WORST provider I’ve EVER used. Support was garbage and took several days to get a server back online when I was literally telling them the problem! Their shitty control panel stopped me from doing what I needed to do myself so I had to rely on them for basic actions like re-imaging.
