These products appear to be seriously oversold. On two separate occasions our 4GB box has had it’s memory reduced to 350MB RAM and 403MB RAM, to the point that running scp to recover the data was not possible.
Customer support seems out of their depth.

I believe that your issue already resolved since it was miss Memory setting. and also that you have an issue that you don’t know how to access to your ssh.
I had the same RAM issue on my VPS but LetBox support fixed it for me quickly and they were very nice :-). I really like my LetBox VPS!
The bandwidth limitations listed, would it be a incoming + outgoing combined limit or just a incoming / outgoing limit?
