Happy Star Wars Day! Whether you’re an old school guy like me who saw “A New Hope” in the theater or a 21st century person who binge watches the Mandalorian on streaming or just someone who loves the Lego sets, this is your day.
Personally, I’m looking forward to seeing A New Hope back in theaters in about a year for its 50th anniversary. Back in ’77, my mother and father went and saw the movie on a date night, and then as soon as they came home I peppered them with questions. The following weekend, my neighborhood friends and I all trouped down to the legendary Studio 28 Multiplex and sat in the front row. I remember at the time, there was a popular television commercial for some soft-baked cookies that were “chewy-ewy good” and we all laughed whenever someone said “Chewy” in the movie. Could not have dreamed then what a colossus Star Wars would become!

ServerHost-LowEndBox Spring 2026 Giveaway!

Operator is rubbish. Tony from ServerHost… also known as VPS Hosting Sservice…. what kind of company are you running.
Put in an order for a VPS. It’s been sitting in pending for a month. But somehow I WAS STILL BILLED FOR A MONTHS SERVICE even though I have received no service and have no VPS to speak of. Good thing is the purchase was on credits meaning this is not the first time this company failed and ended up saying to heck with them as a provider. Not sure how on earth a system still bills you when they haven’t even taken the time to provide the service in the first place and as I clearly had to cancel service in the past (thus the credit) that this is not the first time they personally failed.
Why do they keep advertising for more customers when they fail the ones they have now?
Hi Robert,
First off, I sincerely apologize for the experience here. Waiting that long for a VPS provisioning is absolutely not acceptable, and I completely understand your frustration — especially if billing continued while the service was still pending.
This is clearly not the experience we aim to provide, and I’d like to personally look into what happened here. In some cases, orders can remain pending due to fraud checks, stock allocation issues, or provisioning errors, but regardless, this should have been communicated clearly and resolved much sooner.
Please open a ticket with your order number (or send me a direct message if you already have one open), and I’ll make sure the issue is reviewed immediately. If the service was never delivered, we’ll work toward making this right.
We appreciate the honest feedback, even when it’s tough to hear, because it helps us identify gaps in our process and improve the experience for everyone.
