    IPv6 Support?

Hi, Can you please answer these questions ? can you ADD/provide/include these with your VPS offers ?
    (1) 30xIPv6 or 50xIPv6-address ?
    (2) PTR/RDNS setup for IPv4 & IPv6 ? setup done thru your VPS control panel or support-ticket ?
    (3) can you(DHCP/SLAAC server) assign internet routable one /64 IPv6 SUBNET (not one /64 IPv6 ADDRESS) (from any one of your /48 /56 etc IPv6 blocks) for any of the VPS offer ? Can you setup your DNS-NameServer(s) to DELEGATE that assigned IPv6 subnet+zone pointing-to my Nameserver’s IPv6-address+zone running in the VPS ? then my-VPS can setup PTR/RDNS for that assigned /64 IPv6 subnet.
    (4) do you respect+uphold PRIVACY-RIGHTS and Privacy+Protection Laws ? ( GDPR. California SB-1386 civil code §§ 1798.29, 1798.82, 1798.84. CalOPPA code §§ 22575-22579. CCPA (AB-375 / SB-1121) code §§ 1798.100. USA-Federal PRIVACY-LAWS have substantial “opt-out” requirements. etc )
    (5) do you AUTO-send any (root/vnc/ssh/control-panel) PASSWORD into client’s email-address thru OPEN email (when client order VPS or reinstall-OS or change PASSWORD) ? do you allow new-clients to setup root-password in the HTTPS based secure VPS-order webpage ? do you share VPS’s any data/code with anyone else or with any 3rd-party ?

When any EMail’s content is Not-Encrypted With GPG/PGP/SMIME Then that EMail is OPEN-Email.
Data passing thru HTTP is OPEN.
HTTPS is secure/ENCRYPTED. HTTPS is Encrypted with CA validated certificates/keys.
Correct FCrDNS, PTR/RDNS, WHITELISTED-IP, etc are necessary to send-out EMAILs into other’s “INBOX”, or else eMails are either REJECTED or placed into SPAM/TRASH folder.

I have a VM with them and, sorry for the word, it sucks. Slowness and unresponsiveness caused by crowded and/or abusive users make the service unreliable for hosting anything. Don’t count on it.

I have a vm with them (OpenVZ). I dont recommend it!
Server gets very, very slow and unresponsive most of the time. Besides, they shutdown the vm all the time. Very outdated Linux images. I get the feeling that abusive or crowded servers may be the problem for the slowness and unresponsiveness.
Basically, this service is not reliable, in my opinion, for hosting anything. Dont count on it.

I saw they had a great deal so I took a chance at it.

What a waste of time and money! I’ve had the VPS for little over 2 weeks now and it has been shut down 7 times so far. To make matters worse, it is by far the slowest system I’ve accessed in the past 15 years.

I reported the issue 3 times and they always gave the same basic answer that they had just banned an abuser. As if they weren’t the abusers!!!

Stay far away from those scammers.

I have a VPS and that I’m using just to back up family photos to. The server is chronically slow to respond and goes offline often. The disk is near-constantly “full”, I have a 120GB image, but it is “full” at under 80GB. This issue has happened repeatedly.

Worst: I had 100% data loss twice within a month of each other. One time the server went offline, showed unavailable in the control panel, and this is the email I got: “Shall we reinstall your vps. Kindly note all data are wiped.”

Even at $2/month, this service isn’t worth it. I’m going to wipe all my data from this host and cancel service ASAP.

tried n3servers just to see what they offer.
for 3 days I’m trying to solve a simple ticket. they constantly close it without a reason. support doesn’t know what is “ping”
if you value your time — stay away from these folks.
it’s cheap but you will abandon your VPS very soon so it’s just money you ditch.

Here are some extracts of a ticket I submitted to the company asking to cancel my VM.

I have been your customer since Dec 18 2018. My experience has not been good. The N3servers website promises 99.9% uptime. My server suffers frequent outages and my estimate of its uptime is about 95%. That is unacceptable.
I have submitted 8 tickets this far. Here are the dates and topics:

[Ticket ID: 480489] Host unavailable, does not reboot Mar 18 (was down several hours)
[Ticket ID: 713729] Host unavailable again, does not reboot Mar 21 (was down several hours again)
[Ticket ID: 613348] Host x.x.x.x unavailable again, does not show status on https://manage.n3servers.com/control.php Mar 24 (down for hours)
[Ticket ID: 472373] New problem: host says disk full though only 25% used Apr 1. This was a disaster. The host claimed disk was full. The tech support re-installed the VM in a different location. I lost half a workday re-creating the web server at the new location.
[Ticket ID: 885190] The newly created host x.x.x.x died Apr 2. Just one day later the new server went offline.
[Ticket ID: 948773] Host unavailable Apr 3
[Ticket ID: 475368] Host x.x.x.x unavailable again Apr 30
[Ticket ID: 828101] No disk space, but the manage GUI shows 3.58 GB of 80 GB Used / 76.42 GB Free Again same problem as Apr 1.

Here is a recent server log “last”. I (as user db4144898) initiated 2 of the reboots. All the others are unplanned/unscheduled and obviously due to problems in N3 servers:

Summary: this is not good. N3servers does not live up to its promises. I want to cancel my lease and get my money back. Moreover, all these problems have probably used up your tech team’s time worth more than the lease.
