That VMs specs are basically identical to the OVZ VPS #2, but with half the amount of RAM/SWAP and on KVM instead of OVZ.

It passed a week waiting for his support to resolve a ticket for me, the first one I posted was deleted and the second one they have solved halfway and 28 hours have passed since my last message and no solution. Terrible service.
The servers, and the service is good. But if one day you need support, you can wait a month for an answer. I’ve been waiting for more than a week trying to get an answer on a ticket about a super simple question that is to enable fuse on a vps, and they don’t answer or solve it.
