* The Australian VPS One plan is the lowest spec plan that we offer utilising OpenVZ virtualisation

Nice to have some competition with another Australian supplier. Probably worth mentioning that the main cable between Perth and Singapore is cut now so performance to Asia is probably going to be poor until it’s repaired.

No need to worry, the cable is being repaired as we speak. The cable repair ship is onsite in Singapore and the cable is expected to be repaired within the next week so it should not be an issue for long :)
u have mentioned in leb 4.95 aud per motnh but on sign up it shows 14.95 aud.why so?

I suspect that you are setting the billing term to monthly, so the promo code will not work. You need to sign up for a “quarterly” billing term and use the promo code “QTX9V9Q5ED” to receive the discount.
