  1. I have join them, and now maybe it’s one week.
The support is fast and good.

And also the VPS specification is also great at that price.

Just in case anyone facing a problem with SolusVM, that showing “Another process is already xxx…”
All we need to do is contact the support by using a ticket, and they will help to fix it.

edit: Making this anonymous now as the more I look at this, the more bells are going off. The attached email does work if the admin needs to email me about this.

Gotta admit that a couple of bells are ringing in the back of my head on this one. There’s a lot of bragging on OnePartner’s site about their Tier 3 certification and how they’re the only datacenter that has it. That’s clearly not true. And from what I read, it wasn’t awarded for the actual datacenter but was awarded for their documentation.

Also the newwebsite.com website contains a number of typos. That’s not a biggie but those typos aren’t found in the content they copied and pasted from the OnePartner site. Makes me wonder about a provider that can’t do a simple copy and paste. Also the repeated incorrect bragging about the only Tier 3 datacenter is found yet again.

Folks here may have had decent experiences with them but I know I wouldn’t give them a second thought.

If one says that they are operating from Tier-III certified datacenter, then that should be true. But that’s just my opinion.

@Daniel: Yes, actually I think it does. If a host can’t get their act together to provide a correctly written website, are you really going to trust them with your data? Or how can you give them your trust with your sites if they’re misinterpreting their Tier 3 certification when it’s actually not for their datacenter but for something else?

Would you purchase a car from a manufacturer if one of their sales pitches were “Hey, we want to keep our customers safe. That’s why we’re the only automobile manufacturer who provides seat belts!”?
