Michael told us that support is available 24/7/365. He also claims that each server node contains only 20 VM’s at the most. I believe that this is a very bold claim and we welcome our readers to participate in the comments section below.

PayPal, CreditCard, BitPay/BitCoin are accepted payment methods. All activities on their servers should be legal in the State of Florida and USA in general. We highly encourage you to read their Terms Of Service carefully before making any purchase.

do you offer solusvm also or just Virtualizor? Your website has it listed but cant find any plans for it, been trying to get a hold of the “live” chat and its all ways leave a message.
also can you use your own ISO, or is there a list of OS to chose from?

    • Hey Kevin,

We use to offer Solus, but now are fully Virtualizor. May I ask where you see Solus listed? Sales has been offline in LiveChat as we have been bombarded with tickets these last few days. Feel free to send a ticket in, you should receive a response almost instant.

We have a long, long list of ISO’s and templates you can choose from. However we can upload/mount any ISO of your choosing with a simple ticket :)

My VPS has been OK so far. Here is the I/O performance:

      dd if=/dev/zero of=test.big bs=64k count=16k conv=fdatasync
      16384+0 records in
      16384+0 records out
      1073741824 bytes (1.1 GB) copied, 4.82369 s, 223 MB/s

      • Thats for your order Mohammad :) – Please note that while DD tests are “popular”… they always aren’t the best way to judge speed. Nevertheless the boxes are always capped at 20 -25 maximum VPS (depending on the specific plans), so your always going to get a really consistent VPS no matter the time a day.

    • Hey,

We apologize for the wait on a few of the orders. Had a hiccup with the new nodes that had to be deployed.

In any case all orders have been activated and setup :)

  5. Received my welcome email but server wasn’t running and wouldn’t start.

14 hours after I submitted a ticket, the server is running but missing a cpu and the network is so slow it’s unusable.

I’ve cancelled my service and have requested a refund.

    • Shaw,

We told you that the node was having a hiccup, and put you on a brand new node when setup. You were literally the first user on the Node and gave us no indication anything was wrong. a Simple ticket could of cleared your error up, but you decided. you make it seem like you waited hours and receive nothing, when in fact you were informed.

Network speed is BS unless your out of the country. You were the only user on the node at the time of being brought online, and in fact the node still isn’t used at this very moment after your cancellation.

extremely slow network. cancelling it :(

    16384+0 records out
    1073741824 bytes (1.1 GB) copied, 52.6206 s, 20.4 MB/s

    • Thats not a slow network at all. If your going to post something, at least know what your talking about.

You signed up on a HDD storage plan, not an SSD, or anything guaranteed to give you high DD (which is highly misleading in it’s own regard). Again you were on a storage VPS, where it’s main concern is high storage, not blazing fast speeds on a $4/month box.

VPS not activated in the past week. 7 days and no activation. Its quite hard to recommend a hosting provider like this. Support is okay but not very honest as to when we might get the VPS.

What if I don’t have a domain name or NS prefix. I just need to create a private repository for my code and share it with fellow developers. How can I avoid that info in the order screen?

    • For that purpose, why not just get a free bitbucket.org account?
