  7. We are aware of the pricing issue and have requested a correction the offers for the 128MB and the 256 MB were supposed to be semiannually not annually as they listed it.

    Sorry for any misunderstandings.

    • I have Spoken with our CEO and it appears he was not expecting this post to be placed yet until we can get everything adjusted properly you can open a support ticket after placing the order (you do not need to pay just select the payment method) and we will adjust your order to the correct promo price for these specials until things can get sorted out properly.

      July 25, 2014 @ 10:04 pm | Reply
      • Another correction on an error that is my part the 128 deal is meant to be annual, the 256 is meant to be semi annual.

        July 25, 2014 @ 10:24 pm | Reply
        • If I buy 2x 128 MB Plan, then I get more than the offer you enlisted of 256 MB. The price then comes to $4 + $4 = $8 Per Year. Where, if I buy 256 MB Plan in a straight, the Price stands $7 x 2 = $14 Per Year.

          What a Calculation! :-P Lolz.

  10. Hey everyone,

First I would like to apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you all for your comments and patience. Our promotion codes should be properly updated and working now. I would have posted sooner, however I just recently got back to the office after having a medical procedure.

Secondly, the 256mb plan was supposed to be semi-annual, however it was my mistake when submitting the offer listing it as annual.

Thirdly, like any VPS provider we have had our share of abusers and black listings on IP addresses, and we actively work to get those removed as quickly as possible. Unfortunately it seems that the entire range beyond ours, was blacklisted by Spanhaus. I am currently working on getting fresh and clean IP allocations for all of our New York Machines, and any existing customers will be provided with a clean IP address if they wish one.

I will also post another update here when the clean IP addresses are up and running, and the older ranges are disabled until ColoCrossing can clear up the issue with Spamhaus.

We are a small company, this gives us the advantage of being very customer orientated, with excellent support and amazing response times to tickets and fixing issues. Our customers always come first, and they have for the past year and a half since we opened OrbitServers, and for the past 3 years with our game hosting company. I hope you decide to give us a go, and see why we are worth your business.

    • Our Hardware is rented, we have been using the supplier for 3 years – as mentioned above we are a small company, and we do not have the resources as of yet to buy our own machines – but we can still provide a great service!

We currently have 4 employees counting myself, and one vacancy we are interviewing candidates for. There is always someone monitoring support 24/7, Live Chat and Phone Support is also available during most hours of the day.

Hi. Still don’t get the discount. On the 256 plan it is listed as $7/yr. If I try the LEB256 on annual it is $15 with the promo code applied and if I go for semi-annually I get $12 with “The promotion code you entered has been applied to your cart but no items qualify for the discount yet”. So there is no combination that gives $7/yr.

The only issue with out offer was the semi-annual plan for the 256 package. The Semi-Annual package CAN be applied with the coupon, however it is for Semi-Annual and no annual as explained earlier in this thread.

Our coupon codes work, otherwise we wouldn’t have people in this thread who are using them.

Our support is excellent, otherwise there wouldn’t be people posting about how quickly and efficiently we handle the support.

Your order was marked for fraud because you ordered through an open Proxy/VPN, in a country that doesn’t match your billing details, the name of which was “Ali asdfasdf” and you submitted a ticket in all CAPS demanding that we process your payment (for a VPS that had a working coupon code attached).

You were declined, are still declined, and will always be declined.

We also host game servers from our MPSERV branch, and those are notorious for fly by night, and scams. That message is there to say, Hey, we’re a real company, and we can prove it. It also appears in all of our game hosting advertisements, as generally we are dealing with parents getting game servers for their kids and they tend to like knowing who they are purchasing services from for their children.

Have had the 128MB VPS for about a month. Although I haven’t done too much stress testing, the VPS has been rock steady with no server reboots or even dropped connections in that time. Speeds are more than adequate given the price. At 4 bucks a year this is a stellar bargain for an intro-level VPS. (And the LEB deal is still open as of 18-Sep). Recommended.

  44. Hey,

I would like to thank everyone for all of the great reviews, comments, and for giving our hosting a go. As a small company which is community and customer service based, we really and truly do appreciate your business.

As we continue to grow and expand (new locations including location in Europe coming soon), we will have more offers for you guys soon, but as of midnight last night this current offer has expired. Feel free to contact us though, as always, if you have suggestions, or need a custom service or quote.

Thanks again to everyone in the LEB community for helping us make it possible to provide great services.
