I highly recommend PaulVPS, i signed up actually a few weeks ago, initially they had some issues with one of their nodes (IO performance) but the issue was handled very professionally, now IO is amazing!

Yes, we met a IO problem 4 days agao, but we managed to replace the bad disk within our timeframe.
