Are you using openVZ? openVZ as I understand is not a true virtual host. The resources are shared and therefor your container can use other peoples resources. openVZ is junk if you ask me because I don’t want to have to worry about my system using the CPU, that’s what it’s there for!

I’d like to know if there is a limit on CPU usage for the Xen package. I do not want to be told a month into my service that my scripts are using too many resources. This was an issue on Ramnode and I have left them and am now looking for a new host.

They didn’t stop billing me when I cancelled my service with them. Any tickets to the billing department have gone unanswered.

I no longer have an actual account at all with them (can no longer log into the customer portal) but yet I am still being billed. I have raised a dispute with PayPal, I’ll let you know how it goes when it is resolved and if I end up being refunded for two months of service that was incorrectly billed.

Danny promptly followed up with me and sorted everything out. I was refunded the additional months.

I’m glad that I got a very prompt response this time around and that he was able to quickly sort out all my issues.
