    • Hello, we’re very selective with the customers we onboard. The only reason orders are declined by our business development team is for history of fraudulent, spam or other unappropiate activities.

I do recall your company being declined and you were unable to accept the it, e-mailed the CEO, then spoke with Adam which then spoke with me and our business development team also rejected the order.

Other providers within this board also have similiar tools to know what actions your company performs, lets keep things professional :)

We dont have history of fraudlent, spam or any unappropiate activities. And yes that the nature of any Person which is not submissive to get the truth of the declining and not any lies!

And other providers on this board a serious and dont have any Problems with the IWN Group. (Only Quadranet which was never in Touch and Business with us)

    This company is very strange
Sales of server hardware for the last century
    Antique server

    :)

    • That’s the beauty of hardware, customers want low-priced servers for individual projects and don’t want to pay a fortune for modernized equipment that has yet to capture cost, so they’ve grown interested in legacy hardware for certain projects. We do on a daily basis sell modernized supermicro servers and offer 100% custom configs for those interested in configurations of such or for those interested in price-matching! We price match sustainable deals, just e-mail sales@quadranet.com

Also just to mention, each provisioned server undergoes testing with proprietary hardware before releasing it to a customer.

I’m trying to move my vps out from your Crissic branch, but its not been accessible all day even tho it says online in solus. You took away our tech support access I guess its because you changed to a full service company, so I have no way to contact anyone! please email me and help so I can take my business elsewhere thanks!

I’m honestly terrified right now, I know Crissic wants to get rid of all the self managed customers, but we were told to have till Dec 4th

      November 12, 2016 @ 3:20 am | Reply
    • Crissic is run independently and was simply acquired by QuadraNet – the QuadraNet brand is very strong, liked and constantly vouched for and most importantly debt free and has nothing to do with the closure of Crissic.
What you have to realize is prior to acquiring Crissic the brand was obviously UNSUSTAINABLE per the offers. We knew this when purchasing it, the seller knew it when selling Crissic, and the seller knew the position the company was in and wanted to wash his hands from it. We acquired the company for obvious assets, and because Crissic was an existing customer of QuadraNet the transition process was seamless.

Our goal was to keep the brand alive, but the brand dried up as we didn’t want to focus on low budget VPS offers ($10/yr deals) etc…

As per the e-mail sent to all Crissic customers, we provided 30-days notice so that the clients could find a new home and backup their data with pro-rated refunds available. For the existing customers still wanting to be on our network, they have deployed new environments on our QuadraNet InfraCloud product, or purchased a small dedicated server with the QuadraNet brand.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, and I will make sure that we get you taken care of Terence.

      Thanks!

ok please make sure I get my refund, I have a couple of servers paid till deep into next year. And the deals weren’t 10/year, it was 30/year which I see alot of other companies doing the same.

Yeah, stay far away form these guys, they yanked the entire /24 my box was on out from under me with no notification or warning (had to come here to find out, my service was supposedly good through Jan). Thankfully I was able to grab all of my stuff via ipv6 and get back up on a new provider.

Ticket has thus far gone completely unanswered.

    Good riddance.

    • Hi Wes,

We are not aware of such described incident, at QuadraNet we do not disrupt service in any way, shape or form without interruption or request from the customer. I searched our database and reviewed all of our customers named “Wes” and was unable to find this described incident, as a matter of fact, all the few customers we have named Wes are in good-standing and are completely satisfied with our services. That being said, are you sure that you were a direct customer of QuadraNet and not working through a reseller, or another company who simply uses our network and facilities (we also offer colocation whereby companies can colocate their own servers within our facilities/network)?

We have true on-site staff 24/7/365 available to our customers, these are actual full-time employees (not on-call contractors) that are able to promptly and competently resolve any issues if or when necessary. Our support is highly responsive and we’re constantly available via phone, help desk or by email.

I would appreciate it if you could please validate yourself and your claims by providing a previously paid invoice ID, client ID, or any ticket ID that was submitted under your account, as what you have described does not properly represent or sound like the solid hosting experience we work hard and strive to provide for our customers every day.

      Thanks!

Same thing happened to me. I received no notification and my VPS was decommissioned. I hadn’t done a backup recently so I lost data. Support ticket didn’t help at all.

For the price QuadraNet is selling things at, SoYouStart.com and OVH.com are much better options.
