RackD are a subsidiary of Doctor Cloud Pty LTD who have been in business for a little less than two years. They were previously been featured on here under the ‘RackVPS’ back in December 2011. These servers are hosted in the PhoenixNap datacenter and are running the X3460 Quad Core CPU along with multiple Western Digital Black disks in hardware Raid 10. I couldn’t find any reviews on them but I did stumble across this thread on LowEndTalk.
RackD offer support via Live Chat, Ticket and Phone. Currently, they only accept payments via PayPal. They do not offer refunds.
