Lol being a first time buyer im kinda disappointed… Heres what happen..
On Oct 16th i placed an order by mistake i paid the first try using an eCheck i didn’t notice that paypal for some reason made me use an eCheck after about an hour of my server not being up i checked my paypal and see i paid with a eCheck so i went into the invoice and paid using my credit card on file with paypal.
Server gets setup now its Oct 27th 3 hours ago i get an email saying that they have suspended my hosting because they claim that a paypal dispute was made.
What the file to realize it my bank was unable to pay with the eCheck because i didn’t have enough money on my card to cover the funds.
So now im out a VPS and lost my files… Because i can’t connect servarica had they taken the time to look they would’ve seen the second payment i made was approved and went through fine.
Worse experience for me im sure people will have a better experience then me but their only way of contact is by a ticket system i don’t have time to wait around for a reply.

As a general rule whenever we get paypal dispute we suspend the VPS as in 99% of the cases the situation will be fraud and the VPS will be used for illegal stuff.
it looks like this case is not the same so please open a ticket. Also your VPS were suspended not deleted so once the issue is resolved we can but it back online

Please check announcement section. We were under ddos and one server couldn’t handle it and was rebooted.
We immediately rebooted all VMS in that server to other servers in the pool and wrote about the issue in the announcement section of whmcs.

yes we are located in Montreal and our datacenter is in Anjou if you are familiar with the area.
The price is both 12USD and 12CAD so usually it is always cheaper to pay using CAD except if your currency exchange rates make CAD higher than USD.
