I’ve been using Spark VPS for hosting my projects for a while now.
They aren’t bad. Service works as you’d expect and helpdesk support is always quick to answer.
No mention of ipv6?
I’ve got a VPS pool with Spark VPS and while I haven’t pushed and boundaries I can say that compared to the last VPS pool I ordered from another company, these guys have been top notch. No downtime.
Torrenting allowed?
Anything for trial & pay ?
I would not purchase ANYTHING from them. I purchased their pool resource deal they had a while back for $99 that I found on this site. It didn’t work for my needs and I cancelled the same day I purchased it. I requested a refund which was in their policy. They said it was in queue for processing. A couple weeks went by and I still didn’t receive my refund. Emailed support and they said it was still in queue. A couple more weeks went by and I still had not received it. They deleted both my main account and my support account with no explanation and no refund. I emailed support and they had gone dark. Currently in dispute with PayPal. Paypal decided with them even though I have full emails of our conversations showing they owe me a refund. Currently appealing the decision. Beware before you buy!
Hi,
I purchased a “2GB KVM Flash Sale” last night, and here are my initial impression. By no means is this a full-on review but I must say they have impressed me so far.
Sales Response: 10/10 – quick to answer the 4 questions I had before placing an order.
Support Response: 10/10 – good communication and response times
Service/Network: A+ – I am using their Dallas datacenter and there is no saturation or any issues at all!
Overall I am very pleased so far.
“VPS’s in their Dallas and New York datacenters.”
It’s ColoCrossing. They don’t have datacenters of their own. Why allow this to be advertised as such?
I’m a good customer at Sparkvps with 4 VPS :-)
They have a very good and quick technical support team.
I signed up with SparkVPS when they had a Christmas special last year and finally got around to moving all our internal websites to the VPS recently and I must say I am impressed. So far, so good. When I saw this special, immediately signed up for the 4GB option. I am hoping that my initial experience will continue to be the norm for a very long time. Please keep up the good work, Dylan and the SparkVPS team!
do you support internal ip for using kubernetes? thank you
I have two services with this company – a VPS and a Windows box. The Windows box I have had no issues at all, works fine. The VPS on the other hand i had a lot of problems with the VPS going down to the point that I moved everything off of it. Sadly I paid for a years worth of service and gave up after barely the third month. I might throw crap on it to play with but I can’t rely on it to be up and since it handled email for my business not a service I would use if I expect reliability
BEWARE! This “company” is worst scammers i ever seen.
ATTENTION! They will lie you from the start – their support is fake.
WARNING! They will not return you a money. You will definitely lose your money due to terrible service!

Dont even try them. They are real Frauds. I have 1 VPS & 1 VPS 6x Pool. Both are down since 45+ days. They don’t even respond to mail. ALways get a auto-response mail that their system was hacked and the ticket closed automatically. I have screenshots to prove my case.
Be warned. They are big frauds.
Support, please help me, I click on another link and bought a OpenVZ instead of KVM. I really need Docker! (Ticket #999408)
anyone has experience with their kvm service for several months?
been using them for about 2 months, terrible! every few days have to create ticket as vps’s go offline.
Dude, I’m having the exact same problem. They told me that I’m using too much CPU and are shutting me off. In the last hour my VMs have gone down 5 times. Fortunately they haven’t all gone down at the same time since that would be catastrophic for my mysql replication.
Dude, I’ve had nothing but problems with VPS since I signed up on March 5. My hosts started entering into a powered off state. I went through all my logs and found no information. I finally emailed them and asked and they say it’s because I’m using too much CPU. I haven’t even had a chance to fully migrate away from Digital Ocean (which is a major blessing since it means I can set an rsync back.) Just rsyncing files today, within the last hour, has apparently gotten my machines shit canned 5 times.
If you think your virtual machines are going to do anything more intense than an rsync, I highly recommend you stay the fuck away from this provider. They’re support is also rather rude and short. I actually feel really bad since their work environment over there must be suicidal. I’ve already requested a refund, sans the 21 days I’ve been on their platform.
Their support is horrendous… Had the same experience as Spencer. Ordered VPS, decided I needed bigger, cancelled within time frame, received a response back from Dylan Coleman stating my refund would be processed at the end of the month. Never received it and it’s been 3 months going back and forth, mostly me asking for an answer… Stay away if you don’t want to lose your money.
Overloaded severs, down almost daily, very slow environment. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone.
Terrible Service. Total Garbage. I raised multiple tickets and their Anthony Bradshaw guy responds with 4 word sentences every day. They cancelled my subscription and no refund yet.
Garbage!!!
I have been waiting for a ‘refund’ for several months. They simply ignore you and put tickets ‘On-Hold”. Anyone wanting to purchase their ‘services’ … Look elsewhere. Do not pay for garbage.
THIS IS OVERSOLD, THEY WILL CANCEL SERVICES THEN STEAL YOUR MONEY!!! I WARN YOU DONT WASTE TIME AND MONEY!!!
