StableBox has been around for a while and is part of Hypernia, who are still known as being a game server provider. They’ve branched the game server part of last year, though, and I believe Hypernia is now the parent of multiple brands. StableBox has 24/7/365 support available and always has staff on-site in their NOC. With the windows server you can choose from Windows 2003R2, 2008R2, and 2012R2; a license is included. Desktop windows ISOs are also available. Windows is not available for the KVM offers inside. Please feel free to share your opinion of StableBox with us in the comments!

You can use PayPal, PayPal Express Checkout, and credit cards to pay for your services. Additional IPv4s are offered at $2/month/IPv4; IPv6 is unfortunately not available, but a tunnel can be set up. Uplink upgrades are available as well; $2.50/month for 1Gbps and $5/month for 2Gbps. For all the bells and whistles, please read their Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy before you order!

Is Windows Server 2012 R2 able to be installed with just 20GB disk space? I thought it requires a minimum of 32GB of disk space?

It can technically run on 20GB of space – but their Windows VPS has so little free space that you can’t even install Windows Updates.
