IRC, VPN, torrent/P2P are explicitly allowed in their AUP UPDATE: torrent/P2P are actually not allowed per contract with the upstream provider, as noted by William and amendment to AUP is coming.

@ Yomero, Yes, the release special is recurring but it only applies for the first 3 months. The promotions posted on LowEndBox is recurring with no end date.
