LowEndBox - Cheap VPS, Hosting and Dedicated Server Deals

SupremeVPS - Sale on 2GB, 4GB and 6GB KVM Plans, as low as $29 a year!

SupremeVPS is back with some exclusive offers for the community. This time, they are focusing on their KVM virtualization based VPS offers which is pretty neat – as KVM means you can run your own kernel, Docker, ServerPilot, etc. without any barriers typically seen with container-based virtualization. The sales plans they have submitted include a 2GB, 4GB and 6GB KVM VPS.
As always, every offer by SupremeVPS is all powered by RAID-10 SSD’s for top notch performance!

You can find their ToS/Legal Docs here. They accept PayPal, Credit Cards, Alipay, WeChat Pay, Bitcoin, Litecoin and Ethereum as payment methods.

Here’s what they had to say:

“We are on a mission to make VPS hosting affordable, easy to use, and transparent. Since day one, we have been on a constant mission to change the VPS hosting industry. Having experienced it ourselves, we have found VPS hosting to be rather tedious with hidden fees, upsells, poor support, etc. – and SupremeVPS was born to change that and to set a new standard – a high standard, for that matter. Today we are successfully empowering over 1500 customers from all over the world!

Our pricing is simple, flat-rate, and easy to understand. No calculator needed, and there are absolutely zero hidden fees. SupremeVPS was born to be simple & easy to use – and our intuitive platform allows you to deploy in under 60 seconds.”

Looks tempting. But I didn’t see Windows as a OS option. Anyone have experience?

I emailed them about support for Windows server OS and they didn’t understand the question. So I’m going to post it here. Do they support Windows Server OS?

“…our intuitive platform allows you to deploy in under 60 seconds”

4 and a half hours later, my VPS is still “pending”.

Refund requested via ticket, we’ll see if they respond to that in any meaningful amount of time.

My god the response time of the server I have with them is horrible. Takes almost two minutes for SSH to connect and I am on top of gigabit fiber and that’s with a 29ms ping time. Only reason I still have the server is because I stupidly bought a years worth of service but the server itself is pretty much unusable. After two minutes of waiting for SSH to load I have waited two more to see the command prompt…still nothing.

This speedtest ran from a ColoCrossing server IN THE SAME DATACENTER.

Selecting best server based on ping…
Hosted by ColoCrossing (Buffalo, NY) [0.04 km]: 0.727 ms
    Testing download speed……………………………………………………………………..
    Download: 645.82 Mbit/s
    Testing upload speed…………………………………………………………………………………..
    .Upload: 26.59 Mbit/s

    HORRIBLY OVERSOLD.
