I might be misunderstanding you, so feel free to correct me. Are you asking why is it 512MB of VSwap instead of 1024MB of VSwap?

Just a couple corrections. We use QuadraNet for Dallas and Los Angeles. Dallas Test IP: 96.44.142.2. We also are not doing refunds anymore but do handle it on a case by case basis.

May the number of users are not enough , The VPS performs perfect as a HDD plan.

Why not read the TOS/AUP? In general they do not seem to be too restrictive, the only “unusual” (not unusual for a LEB VPS) restrictions that I can see are streaming and offering files larger than 50MB for download.
After entering the promo code the final price reads “recurring”, so yes.

This guy just took my money and ban my ip.
I’m unsure what you’re talking about. Everyone has been provided their service.
Just imagine you got banned by no reason and your money and your data is down in the drain.
Here is what he said:

He doesn’t even want to resolve the issue.
You proceeded to open a PayPal dispute and abuse our support system after being told we don’t provide refunds. This is clearly outlined in our ToS, which you’ve agreed upon.
I received an email from you said I’d receive refund but I didn’t. I just want to communicate with you and you said I abused your system. I paid the service that I can no longer use. I learned a lesson from paypal too. For those purchase digital stuff just be aware when using paypal because they don’t help.
As I mentioned earlier, we told you via support ticket that we do not provide refunds and you proceeded to open a PayPal dispute.
The fact is I paid and can’t access my service.
The fact is I received email saying I would get refund and I didn’t.
The fact is I paid for 2 services and both got banned.
The fact is I can’t communicate though your support channel and hence I tried to resolve though paypal.
