Sorry to say but your server is not 99.9% up. I am already your customer. As per your support department all of my uptime monitor tools are not accurate. I am using 3 monitor tools all are having bugs everytime and they are lying at same time, but your server is up.
I have 94.52% uptime over the past month. Shared ip hosts 200+ websites.
I am also not happy with the service. The Service has been down for the past couple of days and there is no response to the ticket I have raised. I had an account with both Alpha and Woot Hosting. I had cancelled my service with Alpha as the service was terrible. I was happy with Woot Hosting. Unfortunately, Woot Hosting has been taken up by Alpha now and the service has become terrible. The minimum I would expect is a response to my tickets. But, No!
Server is keep shutting down even i have dedicated IP. Are you died upbeat hosting? Or should i say downtime hosting?
I am interested but have a few questions…
1- Does it Include Free Migration?
2- Is this have the option to backup and restore cPanel accounts?
