Oleg, so sorry about that! We accept and have been getting payments from all around the world. Our Credit Card processor is also PayPal. If the Credit Card option doesn’t work for you, try checking out with PayPal using said credit card at the paypal checkout page and see if that works.

are the backups automatic? checked now and there was none (has been been 1.5 day lol.. but there was a button to create backup, when i clicked, it said queued. after a while it said failed..

You are correct, the weekly backups are automatic. You don’t have to do anything from your end to trigger them
Signed up and had to cancel, DOES NOT run Windows.
You are absolutely right! We were offering Windows ISO’s to all of our customers, and still do to current customers who signed up when we were promising that option. However, due to some constant abuse we had to disable the feature to not impact other customers on the same host who signed up to use Linux and just want to enjoy our service.
We plan on reintroducing Windows options again as soon as possible. It will be under a different pricing tier and will have separate dedicated resources.

Any smaller 1GB RAM deals?

Well the server is top notch with nice Connections as well! Just one thing, I can’t seem to be able to install Custom ISO’s. I’m trying to select Ubuntu Desktop in the Panel, I mount it then change the boot order, press Boot the server isn’t booting up, VNC connection can’t be made either.
Also, is there any rDNS service?

I thought your host node is an E5-2670? How come I got an E312xx?
I wonder this too, also, look for swap ram is deducted from your hard disk space.
It was clearly mentioned differently at the order page though..

As I explained to Piyush in his ticket to us, we had an issue with the way our templates were setup so the swap and host information did not appear correctly in your VPS. All of our customers are on E5-2670 nodes and should be getting dedicated swap file. Please open a ticket with us so we can quickly assist correcting that info for you :)

@David I have a server with them. Fast network, great support from Ali during the signup process and immediately after. I’ve had no need to contact them ever since because my server has been working as expected (I have a KVM with them and I use Runcloud instead of cPanel – so, nothing much to need help with).

But i would like to suggest, you should install lets encyrpt ssl in the future, its also free ssl.
After < 30 minutes of hosting, and JUST starting to set things up, VPS locked down and received a support ticket:

Not sure what caused the flag, or if they do this to everyone, but I really hope it's for a good reason and not indicative of service. Submitted the required identification, with DL and all but final 4 of CC blacked out. Hopefully since it took them less than 30 minutes to lock my account, it'll take less than 30 minutes to unlock it.
Their support options are ticket, email, and twitter. No one to call regarding this to attempt a fast resolution.
If it matters to you, you should be prepared to submit photographic copies of your driver's license and credit card.
Update, and I’m happy to say it didn’t take long.
The support site, for some unknown reason, didn’t allow the attachment to attach. I used their Facebook page to reach out to support, and got a reply within an hour. Emailed in a copy of the required information, and all is well now. Apparently, they’ve been getting hundreds of fake credit cards in the last few days, and are asking for information only from people using credit cards due to the number of fakes received, Paypal users are unaffected.
I’m already impressed with the quick resolution, especially being 6PM on New Year’s Eve.
