The SWAP outlined is just the standard SWAP partition size for that plan.

Will the discount still apply if I upgrade the account to a higher plan in the future? Likewise with the doubled disk space or bandwidth?
Yes, it will still be applied to future upgrades as well.

Don’t purchase their services. Their services is so unstable. Crash problem happened every month. They have no effective way to improve this problem.
When did you buy thier service? I bought one before, it worked very well and has been on for almost 140 days, I just come back to see if I could buy any new services from them and see your comment, I’m not sure if their new services will work like the old one.
