Here’s what they had to say:
“We are on a mission to make VPS hosting affordable, easy to use, and transparent. Since day one, we have been on a constant mission to change the VPS hosting industry. Having experienced it ourselves, we have found VPS hosting to be rather tedious with hidden fees, upsells, poor support, etc. – and SupremeVPS was born to change that and to set a new standard – a high standard, for that matter. Today we are successfully empowering over 1500 customers from all over the world!
Our pricing is simple, flat-rate, and easy to understand. No calculator needed, and there are absolutely zero hidden fees. SupremeVPS was born to be simple & easy to use – and our intuitive platform allows you to deploy in under 60 seconds.”

Dear Customer,
Over the past few months we have been met with many challenges within the hosting business. Some that have not been overcome.
As result of this we will be closing our doors. We will be shutting down this Monday 12/9/2019. We are taking this time to let our customers know so that they may backup and retrieve all of their data before then.
We deeply apologize for this inconvenience.
Thank You.

These guys need to be sued. Just give 3 days of notice for shutting down and take the money away.
Useless scam. Payed for a complete year, 2x times and lose now all.
Just despite with your credit card provider as service not ad described . You will get your money back. I did many months ago.
LEB should ban these ColoCrossing guys from advertising on here. First got screwed over by AlphaRacks, moved from AlphaRacks to SupremeVPS (turns out the same people just a new version of their scam), purchased multiple VPS, they ran off with the money.
Why does LEB allow colocrossing to continue to advertise their scams on here?
Maybe low end box is part of the scam? Here is a partial list of providers that did this scam:
Bigfoot Servers
DCNHost
HostBRZ
HostedSimply
Hosting73
KudoHosting
LQHosting
MegaZoneHosting
n3Servers
ServerStrong
SnowVPS
SparkVPS
StrongHosting
SuperbVPS
SupremeVPS
TCNHosting
UMaxHosting
WelcomeHosting
X4Servers
Moral of the story. Pay with PayPal for no more than 6 months of service at any given time. You can dispute within 6 months. After that, they gone.
ColoCrossing owns LEB. They actually had the audacity to send out a invoice Sunday night after saying they are closing Monday. Four different companies all the same person all ripping off who knows how many people. And LEB is moderating posts about this whole mess as well which makes them complacent in this.
Always trace route. If it hits their servers keep looking.
They took my money and closing down few days later. Scam and they should be sued!
So sorry for your loss. LEB was a better place before.
CC really allowed the reputation of this site to take a huge hit. Not sure if I can trust anyone that hosts with them anymore because this is the secont time this year it happened and almost guarantee it’s the same person.
Beware of this company, I bought a one year subscription but after 4 months they cancel the service and do not return the money.
After i request money they delete my accont so i cant reply anymore.
