2- Is this have the option to backup and restore cPanel accounts?
3- Does the reseller have the option to buy IP and does it has a shared IP for the resellers?

1. Free migration for Shared Hosting is possible from DirectAdmin or cPanel Hosting.
2. Since we are using DirectAdmin Hosting, you should be able to restore the DirectAdmin accounts directly through your own control panel. We can migrate the cPanel accounts for you.
3. Currently, there are Shared IPs for the reseller, you have an option to buy Dedicated IPv4.
