Our interview series has featured a lot of industry leaders and we continue today by talking with Ilan Mishan, CEO of Quadranet. They’ve brought us many great offers in the past. In this interview, you’ll get an inside look at a market leader and learn why geographical coverage is a key differentiator in 2021.
Tell me about your background and your company’s history?
Founded in 2001, QuadraNet has been helping Enterprises to SMB customers worldwide deploy a complete suite of enterprise-grade IaaS Solutions, with a diversified footprint in 8 cities and 10 Interconnected facilities. QuadraNet is a globally recognized cloud solution provider with the Best-in-class responsive 24×7 customer support.
How did QuadraNet become a dominant player in the LA market?
QuadraNet service implementations are some of the fastest in the industry. We are quick to respond and always ready to solve issues. We are flexible and easy to work with, setting the bar high in providing an enterprise-class suite of products with exceptional customer support. Our team is creative; we don’t believe in one size fits all, and we work hard with our partners and customers to develop custom solutions that meet their needs.
Where do you think the future takes the hosting industry?
There has been an increase in digital trends, streaming services, online gaming, 5G service, self-driving cars, healthcare, manufacturing, and drones to name a few, resulting in higher demands on hosting companies. There is a greater need for complete solutions requiring the world of hosting to keep up with user expectations by continuously moving toward a solution-based focus.
In 2021 geographical coverage is a key differentiator for your business. The rapid move to remote work underscored the importance of resiliency and flexibility for enterprises. Most enterprises today are doing business globally, which is one of the key reasons companies move to the cloud. The hosting industry can future-proof their business by supporting the next generation of technology by offering cloud-based services including edge, compute and storage.
QuadraNet has points of presence in many regions, where do you see the most growth coming from in the months and years ahead?
We see a lot of success with our cloud solutions because of our ability to be elastic and agile when working with our clients. Some customers like to utilize our space in Dallas as a Disaster Recovery / Back up location while they store the majority in Los Angeles. Other clients choose our Miami location for it’s International gateway to South America and Latin America. We expect explosive growth in these areas in the months ahead.
Both personally and professionally, what guiding principles ground you?
Both personally and professionally, my guiding principles are providing value, being solution-oriented, consistent, dedicated, and remaining informed.
Give us some details on new and exciting things QuadraNet is working on?
QuadraNet is working on several new and exciting projects such as new and improved website with Instant Deployment Bare-Metal-as-a-Service selecting from current live inventory as well as a second location in Amsterdam. Additionally, we are upgrading our multi location public cloud, and continue to expand our Managed Cloud services protfolio.
What are the top three reasons why a business should select QuadraNet for its hosted infrastructure?
- By selecting us, you are working with a team led by an actual facility operator and provider; you are not dealing with a company downstream that resells space, power, and network connectivity.
- We are focused on providing quality technology solutions for our clients while being elastic, agile, and transparent with our services and solutions.
- We provide excellent value with our solutions and always aim to reduce overall costs for our customers.
Final thoughts and anything you would like to add?
QuadraNet has built a foundation of expertise, services, and solutions that scale with the demands of today’s technology. We value the relationships we have built with our customers and we are very proud to have recently celebrated 20 years of service in this incredible industry.
