And no, it’s not NAT. You get an IPv4 and an /80 of IPv6.
Back in March, @Cam posted this great offer. I just checked and they still have stock!
You get a 256MB VPS with 250GB of handwidth and NO SUPPORT (as the post says in ALL CAPS). You can step up to 512 for only $12/year and double up to 1GB for $24/year.
These are in UK, Singapore, Virginia, and Australia. You can also check out their range of NATs (which start at $16/year) in Germany, Finland, Bulgaria, Canada, New York, Chicago, France, and Poland.

Gullo’s Hosting ist very cheap, indeed. But don’t expect it to work. You will probably spend more time in checking the admin panel whether it is possible to boot your server that is down for whatever reason (often: not) than actually using it. E.g. the NY VPS are gone (including all data) for many months now (https://twitter.com/GulloStatus/status/1555003062229602304). Of course, you still pay for them… Support tickets may only be opened on Sundays!
