We first featured Felware last November in the run-up to Black Friday.
There was a little controversy over a misunderstanding about their setup. Someone noticed that their IPs appeared to be residential, but they clarified:
This is a dedicated business fiber optic line from AT&T in a commercial space. This commercial space was specifically constructed by us with secure hosting/colocation in mind, with enterprise UPS power protection and on-site generator power redundancies.
They’re offering dedicated servers in Madison, Wisconsin. We’re eager to feature new and unique geographies and Madison is not common. It’s a huge college town, and we figure there are probably college students looking for a game server in that area, so we’re giving them another shot here.
They submitted a new offer and we said “can’t you do a little better on price?” They thought it over and came back with an exclusive 20% off deal for our readers. So read on to see if they’re a fit for you!
Their web site is at felware.net. You can review their client service agreement, hosting terms, and privacy policy, and if you’re good to go they accept PayPal.
Felware provides high quality dedicated servers hosted in a professional environment, all while keeping a personal connection with our customers. We have a dedicated phone line and WhatsApp where you can speak with our engineers directly, and we work around the clock to monitor our services. Our staff has decades of experience as network engineers/software engineers at FAANG and other reputable companies.

I find it suspicious that the only address listed on their site is an apartment building and there is absolutely no information about the “secure redundant facilities” that these are supposedly being hosted in. I only know of a handful of datacenters in Madison and they are all a bit spendier than you’re likely to see a low end provider touch (though one of them is priced attractively enough to make it viable). So I’m quite curious about the deal here, especially since their site mentions “facilities” in plural.
Hello Matt,
You are correct that the address is mapped to an apartment building! The ground level of the building has a large commercial space, and we finished building out our infrastructure there recently in 2023. We appreciate the feedback on this looking odd, and we will definitely look into adding more information and pictures about our location! Rest assured, we operate with redundant power, proper cooling, and only utilize dedicated business fiber for connectivity.
In regards to pricing, we agree it is very low. And it will not last for long. As a relatively new company, we decided to break into the market at break-even prices, especially with the deal listed here on LowEndBox.
