Being a LowEndTalk moderator is not an easy job.
A good moderator has a lot of threads being pulled from his shirt. On the one hand, mods have to protect the community from scams and frauds. In large part, this is done through the community’s never-flinching criticism of bad providers. What gets tricky is when someone barges onto the forum saying they’ve been abused – and now the mods are placed in the difficult position of having to sort the truth.
There are also rules – many, many rules – that need enforcing. How best to do this without banning people left and right requires either regulations the length of the IRS manual or a very deft touch.
How do you think they’re doing? Do you have an opinion? There’s a poll on the site right now where you can give input.
