Tags: , , , , , Date/Time: April 19, 2017 @ 7:34 pm, by Matt Zelasko

Hello everyone, Alex from AlphaVPS sent over several offers for us to post, and we’re pretty excited about these. We’ve featured these guys a few times before and the reviews we’re great, so it was a no brainer to feature them again.

AlphaVPS is a part of DA International Group Ltd. and has been operational since 2013, serving both local and international customers around the world. The company is registered within Bulgaria, EU with UIC: 202826767.  Their WHOIS is public and you can find this ToS/Legal docs here.  You can pay via PayPal, major credit card, Bitcoin, and bank wire.

A note from Alex:

“Our physical office is located in Troyan, Bulgaria – Bulgaria, Troyan 5600, VPPK Balkan, floor 1. Our support agents are working inhouse only and are not sourced out. We are currently serving thousands of international and local customers. Our range of services include, but is not limited to – web hosting, reseller hosting, specific application hosting (wordpress, joomla, node.js, etc.), OpenVZ and KVM based VPS, Dedicated servers, DDoS protection, R1Soft licenses, R1Soft managed backups, System administration and much more. All our OpenVZ services are utilizing only blazing fast, full SSD arrays, while our KVM services are using big HDD arrays to accommodate the needs of our customers. We own all the hardware and run our own network in Bulgaria, under AS203380.”

Ops, please tag this with dedicated, and please be consistent with tags. (I saw something tagged dedicated_server or similar despite that the most common tag is dedicated). It really helps when coming in to search for something in particular.

    • Hello Milomir,

I apologize for this. We offer live chat support, during EU business hours, seems like someone left their PC at an “online” state yesterday.

The tickets are 24/7 and you are now setup! The automatic setup failed on your order and we missed it failing, while reviewing the orders, thus the delay.
