    I ordered the service quite a time ago, and was quite satisfied about the uptime in the beginning (I think it was like 97% when it started). The last week or one and a half, I was hardly possible to connect to the server any more, because the connection drops after being online for a few seconds…
    The results of ping are showed below (in Dutch):

    Ping-statistieken voor 104.206.17.243:
        Pakketten: verzonden = 1883, ontvangen = 531, verloren = 1352
        (72% verlies).

    De gemiddelde tijd voor het uitvoeren van één bewerking in milliseconden:
        Minimum = 141ms, Maximum = 480ms, Gemiddelde = 173ms

    Which is basically a loss of 72% of the packages… I’ve submitted a ticket and hope they’re solving this issue soon

    • Jasper:

      No response so far. The network uptime is a bit better than a few days ago (package loss varies between 18 and 25 per cent).

      • Jasper:

        The ping became stable again since yesterday afternoon (package loss of a little less than 1%, that’s fine). They offered me to move the VPS to another node, but things are working now fine. Thanks Berry.pw!

        Yeah, SolusVM is online and this is really frustrating. They should at least let us know if they are working on it or not. How often does it happen for you?

          First time in months, support has always been slow but understandable at the price..

          Ive opened a ticket at their parent company EpiDrive about this issue but 12 hours later there is no reply either…

    I cancelled my service with the “at the end of billing period” option, only to find that I had been charged. I found out the recurring Paypal with Epic Drive was still on. I had to manually cancel that in Paypal. Not only did I get charged for a year, I can’t use the service because it’s cancelled.

    I opened a ticket (#451599) at berry.pw 3 days ago and it’s still open.

    If you can’t be down for days at a time, don’t rent here. However, if you’re just looking for a cheap box to tool around, the price is nice. I have a VPS with them and service was good for several months up until this week. Appears they may have a host failure and they’re incredibly slow at fixing it – down for 2 days so far and counting. I can only assume many others are down too.
