    Hi,
Can you give some more details about this? For example in the screen shots I see Centos 6 & 7, Debian 8 &9, which are current. But Fedora 23 which is older. I can’t tell what other OSes are offered in the “Rebuild” screen such as Ubuntu versions? FreeBSD? :-)

These deals do look good, so thank you!

    • Thanks Chris; at the moment, we have the following operating system options available on our platform:

      – CentOS 6/7
      – Debian 7/8/9
      – Fedora 23
      – Scientific Linux 6
      – Ubuntu 14.04/16.04

We are working on adding additional operating system templates based on demand, so if you have any suggestions, please feel free to open a support ticket and our team would be happy to look into it!

Interesting product (VPS pools)… just ordered a small pool to try it out. I’m liking it so far, it’s almost like my own mini private cloud lol. Can I upgrade later if I need to?

    Thanks,
    Zack

    • That’s certainly another good name for it. I’ve been trying to think of the best way to call this product, and figured “VPS Pools” would be the easiest for everybody to easily understand, hehe :P

Yes, you can upgrade any time!

Is it possible to run docker in VPS created by pools?

    August 1, 2018 @ 5:59 pm | Reply
    • At this time, Docker is not supported out of the box. We are actively working on a solution for this as we are seeing an increased demand for this.

    • Great, look forward to your order tomorrow! Let me know if you have any questions.

Yes – TUN/TAP and even PPP is fully supported, and you can certainly purpose your instance(s) to be used as a VPN.

    Two questions :
    1) does the VPS or reseller plans include ipv6?
    2) how much extra for a second ipv4 in the reseller plans?

    August 2, 2018 @ 9:16 am | Reply
    • Thanks Ryan! At the moment, no IPv6 support. We will be providing IPv6 support at no charge in the near future, but it really just hasn’t been top priority. We typically let market demand drive the offerings we have today.

We can provide additional IPv4 on the reseller hosting plans for $1.75/month per dedicated IP, or with a 15% discount if prepaid annually ($17/annually)

  9. any experience with reseller hosting?

    August 3, 2018 @ 12:41 am | Reply
    • Hello

Finally, i bought 60GB Reseller service the last week. Now 10 days later i will comment on this company. I’m from Chile and here the hosting provider are very expensive and international connections are very slow. I have 3 service companies and i mainly need mail, webhosting and low prices.
VPS is not longer an option, i’ve tried serveral providers with very good results, but i no longer have time to maintain and configure a vps, therefore i prefer to leave it to the provider. I’ve been looking at the offers at LEB and Bigfootserver got my attention, mainly due to the low prices, large disk spave and reasonable bandwidth.
I acquired the service with some caution because there are about 8000kilometers and 140ms distance between me and the provider, but it was a pleasant surprise when I did speed tests in the service. I obtained an average speed of 10Mb/s and a very fast response in my test sites. Which is more than enough for sites with high demand in my country and most importantly at a low and accessible price.
The control panel is CPANEL with script access as SOFTACULOUS which greatly facilitates the configuration of web sites, the reseller panel is WHM, very intuitive and easy to use, it can also be integrated with free scripts like boxbilling starting to sell service hosting of websites quickly. Also on youtube you will find all kinds of tutorials related to CPANEL and WHM.
The support service is very fast, I made some tickets asking questions and the wait was always better at 10 minutes, even on weekend days. Which is greatly appreciated when we have a service that should be running 24 hours, 365 days a year.
I recommend this company because its service is high quality at a more than reasonable price.
      Thanks

Signed up for a plan last night.

Can confirm specifications are what they advertise, and servers seem to perform decently well.

So far, not much else to comment on, but good experience so far. I’ll update this post in 2 weeks :)

  13. Hello,

Is there any way to test this package for few hours?
I bought a few packages from different vendors and they are terrible, the sites are very difficult to load, the server has a very high load, and so on.
I do not want to spend money (again) on something that I do not know how it works.
If everything is good, I will buy it ! (with ssh access).
    Thank you!

    regards,
    Alex

I signed up for the service. It’s very easy to use and implement your own pool of servers. You split your CPU, memory and bandwidth allocation between upto your VPS limit. For example, you could have a high memory and cpu but low hard disk and bandwidth server and one low memory and 1 cpu but high hard disk and bandwidth and you can change them whenever you want.

Unfortunately I signed up before I realized they do not provide ipv6. I did setup a server, it was fast provisioning and responsive. If they told me they could give me ipv6 today then I’d stay but I am not moving from ipv6 provided service to non-ipv6.

  25. Signed up for the 15VPS instance pool.
Was excited at first. Then realized you get what you pay for.
Created a server with 8GB RAM and 7 CPU cores.

    Failed miserably.

Can’t handle a 3GB database being copied over. Server load gets too high, and then mysql crashes.

Definitely can’t use it for a new project that is starting to grow, so decided to try using it as a slave.

Set everything up and after a few hours, server died.

3 day refund policy?!? HA HA. A joke really.

By the time I signed up, backed things up, set up the server, move some stuff over and do some tests WHILE running a business, it’s past 3 days.

    Got what I paid for.

  26. JJUN:

    got the 15VPS pool.
After arranging with my dev to have things set up, planned and tested. More than 3 days are needed.
Because when we started to copy over a database over, the server died.
    Mysql crashed.
Then we tried to it as a backup server.
Couldn’t handle the work and shut down after a few hours.

Lo and behold, their 3 day refund policy is junk. Because other than testing that it turns on and off, 3 days is not enough to know whether it works or not.

Nightmare. Signed up for $99 dollar plan 1 month ago. Nonstop outages. Service has been down at least 4 times now. One time they disabled my VM and could not provide an answer why. Lost 4 days of service. No phone support. Unverified paypal account. Seriously, they are terrible.

I have asked for a refund multiple times, The quality of service was horrible and not at all as they guaranteed or described. My ecommerce businesses have suffered, and I had to move my websites away from their services. Support ticket after support ticket daily was submitted with all services (every website) down because of their problems. It did not even come close to their 99.99% uptime guarantee.

Did you every get a refund? I have had the same issue with them and they dragged me along and offered a refund then wouldn’t give one, I had to put in a dispute in. They are dragging their feet on that too..

it’s been a nightmare, they keep disabling my vps for “high cpu usage” and kept saying its using “600% cpu”, when I finally got them to re-enabled it I checked htop and it showed 0.7%. Unsurprisingly they suspended it again. Stay away from this host.

this service may have been good when launched, but i’ve been thoroughly unimpressed: Anthony answering tickets seems inexperienced and has no interest in helping me solve anything. the knowledge base is a joke, lacking content. Hosts are down / unreachable since I bought a package this afternoon, and so is the client area now making it impossible to open a new ticket.
    Hard pass.
