Hi @Anubhav, we will replenish our AMD Ryzen product line – though it won’t be immediately, we’re working towards it :) Our Intel KVM product line with pure SSD is available in certain regions, we’ve simply encountered massive growth throughout the year and keeping up with the demand, especially in today’s hardware market has proven to be a challenge.

I grabbed a Cyber Monday VPS last year and have just renewed. Great value and a good service. I have contacted support twice, neither time about a fault, the response was quick and questions were answered straight away. Downtime has been less than an hour in a year I reckon. We do have interest in expanding our KVM product line, both for our Intel and Ryzen line — though we’re unable to give an ETA as we are working on expanding our inventory in our current locations. We’re a fan favorite, so keeping up with the demand has proven difficult though I’m happy through this process we’ve managed to expand in several locations. Now is the time to give our team a break and let them focus on expanding our current locations to help fulfill the demand.

Signed up for a VPS in LA. All is not bad but the whole IP range is listed at one of the MX blacklists. If this is a chronic issue, I can’t use the VPS.

Hi Carl, we do support FreeBSD – upon ordering select any random Linux OS from the dropdown for the sake of the provisioning process. Once that is done simply open a support ticket with the ISO URL and we’ll mount it free of charge. Our team is available via support tickets 24×7 with very fast response times :)
