Steven, from BoltVM, has sent in an offer to celebrate their first year anniversary with the LowEndBox community. They included both SSD and SSD-cached solutions. SSD-Cached offers are located both in New Jersey and Los Angeles while SSD offers are only available in New Jersey. They are now using Virtualizor instead of SolusVM from their previous offer.
It seems like BoltVM’s client area has been offline for a couple of days now, according to reports on LowEndTalk and my own personal findings. Their WHMCS license has expired and there is no sign that this will be fixed any time soon. All order links have been removed.

I ask myself the same thing. Unfortunately, it’s not in our hands.
Why not add non-native IPv6, like HE in the meantime?
Because then everyone complains that the thing they don’t actually need or use is slower than they’d like, sigh.
What about legal torrenting when max UL and DL speed is limited? Didn’t find anything regarding this in their ToS.

2. 100% packet loss to LA IP from myLoc (Frankfurt, Germany)

I know this is a dumb question but does the 1TB transfer include upload and download on the VPS and does it reset monthy or is it for the lifetime of the VPS?
“transfer” usually includes upload and download, and that is monthly allowance.

i’m order vps on boltvm until now vps not activated and still pending..
I have a yearly plan from the previous offer with them. its a great plan, but obviously they limit the network speed of my VPS. file transfer never exceed 1MB/s.
I think their service is poor, 15 hours later they haven’t even provisioned the service i ordered for

You can use the Client Area via Firefox but bot Chrome. And the vps that i ordered works rather good.
They’ve updated their website and WHMCS is working again. I can confirm their site and client area works correctly in Chrome.

VPS usually running 0.02-0.11 max got suspended because went over 2.0.
L1 ticket open: 48h still no reply;
L3 ticket open: 24h still no reply too.
Have a very low CPU usage process that needs to be running 24/7… all data is now inconsistent, and no way to recover it…
My BoltVM Los Angeles VPS is down over 24 hours now. No response from Steven Finkel. No idea if I can get my data back or not. Avoid this company.
My Lightning 1024 down over 3-4 days and they did’nt replied my ticket.

I made the mistake of trusting this VPS after using it for almost a year. I cannot access my VPS for a whole 4 days now and I have a lot of data there. A reliable host would have given some form of communication to acknowledge the issue.
My VPS has also been down for I believe 5 days now and still no response from support… Up until now I would say the service has been worth the $18 bucks a year for sure but I still expect some form of communication on whats going on.
Boltvm have very poor service. They closed my vps without any info. DO NOT CHOICE THIS SERVICE !!
