When you click the order link for the first offer it states only 15GB SSD. But the offer states 30GB.

The order links are reversed: the one from “HDD Offer” took me to the SSD one and the link from “SSD Offer” took me to the “HDD Offer”.

I would warn people from falling for this fraudulent website. I bought their service a month ago. Firstly, I accidentally paid twice and yet they haven’t bothered to refund the extra amount. A day or two after, I cancelled their service and thought that was that. Turns out, 20 days later, my cancellation request is still outstanding and my credit card was charged again today. Their support is perennially offline and their support ticket page returns a 404. My bad, I fell for their scam, but hopefully I can help others from falling for the same.

Some notes on commenting on LowEndBox:

  • Do not use LowEndBox for support issues. Go to your hosting provider and issue a ticket there. Coming here saying "my VPS is down, what do I do?!" will only have your comments removed.
  • Akismet is used for spam detection. Quoting webhostingtalk.com URL seems to get binned consistently here, but I do peek into the spam box frequently to publish those comments.
  • Use
...
to quote the output from your terminal/console, or consider using a pastebin service.
