When I tried them a few years back, everything was good except disk i/o. I wonder why ceko is not yet offering ssd vps!

SSD costs are too high as well as we do see some horror stories when SSD s are degraded etc. However we do have couple of SSD nodes if this is important for you.

I’ll chime in, because it’s really hard to find a good budget host. I’ve used Flipper Host since Dec of 2015, over 4 years now, consecutively. I currently use about 8 different VPS hosts for specialized failover hosting, and I’ve been through about 100 in the last 20 years. Flipper is by far the most reliable I’ve used. VPSs are always responsive, very, very minimal downtime, and support is quick. I have two machines with them currently, after finding them here on LEB years ago. Just good, reliable hosting. Hope they stay around for a long, long time!

I regret to see you unsatisfied. However checking your ticket with us “#360152 – Kernel” its all about the kernel limitation of OpenVZ which is unlike KVM and has an older kernel, this is and not really about us.
I am not sure if you are aware but you were upgraded to KVM VPS for free of any charges yesterday. Your kernel was upgraded by a team member like 12 hours ago.
I really apologize for maybe your ticket could be resolved sooner than it had but after all you purchased an OpenVZ vps and we upgraded you to a KVM vps for free of any charges and we upgraded your KVM vps kernel as well.
